Hyperlinks cause 404 error
Q: I added a link to a document, but when I click on the link, I get a 400 error, page not found.
A: Try pasting the link into your web browser address bar. Does the document open in your browser window?
If it does not open, then there is something wrong with your hyperlink, or it may be behind a firewall. Modify your link or save the document in a different location. When you are able to paste the link into your address bar and open the document, then you are ready to save the link in TRAIN TRACK, and the document should open when you click the link. We also recommend removing any spaces in your folder and file names. You may remove the spaces or replace them with underscores instead (_).
