Q: I imported some employee records, and the supervisor that I had on the import template does not show up on the employee detail record. However, the supervisor did show up when I exported the employee data.

A: Check to see if you have another employee record with the same employee name as the supervisor that is inactive. If you only listed the supervisor name on your import template, and not the supervisor ID number, and there were two employee records with the same name, TRAIN TRACK would not have known which one to attach as the supervisor.
