Can't See Employee or Training Records

Q: I know there are employee and training records in the database, but I can't see them through the user interface. If I try to add a new one, it just shows #deleted# in all of the fields. I am logging in to the SQL database using SQL authentication.

A: If you are using SQL authentication, then the SQL user also needs to be listed as a user in TRAIN TRACK. Open the "Edit Users" screen and add the SQL login you are using. If this does not resolve your issue, please make sure that you are not limited to seeing just one location or record group (department/subordinates) only.
