" Why is this completion expired?
Q: The training expires in 12 months, but training completed last month shows that it is already expired.
A: Check for a new revision. If the completion was for an old revision, it may be expired because when the new revision was released, the user chose to expire all previous revisions. If the old revision was recorded in error and the employees actually completed the new revision, you may edit the completion records to reflect the correct revision. Once the current revision is recorded, the completions will no longer show as expired.
