View Subordinates
Q: How do I set up my supervisors to be able to view records for their subordinates?
A: In the Web edition, under Users > View/Edit, click on the user to open the detail page. Select the user level "Limited". This will allow the user to only view or edit data for their subordinates.
In the Client edition, on the "Edit Users" screen, locate the user and select the record group "Subordinates". This will limit the user to only viewing data for their subordinates. Alternatively, you may also limit a user to only viewing data for one Department under the record group settings. You may also designate if the user is read-only, standard, or completions-only.
In the Desktop edition, users cannot be set to view only subordinates.
