Q: A few of my completion records show the status "Needed" but they have a completion date and they are not expired.

A: In version 10 and earlier, if you have a completion date in the future, the status will show as "Needed" until the date has passed. Starting in version 11, you are not able to enter completion dates in the future.

This may be caused by a NULL value in the Exam Required field. You may resolve this by updating the Exam Required field to true or false by checking and un-checking the box. This issue is resolved in version 11. 

This may also be caused by a NULL value in the "pass" field when older data has been imported into a newer version.
