Q: If I discontinue the service, will I be able to get my data back?

A: Yes, if you discontinue, you may get all of your data sent to you as a SQL backup file upon request.

If you want the data re-formatted to another type of file, such as Excel, we can also do this for you for a fee.

You also have the option of exporting most data directly out of TRAIN TRACK yourself.
