Import Error in Web interface "Warning! The import behavior use a temp folder to save same info..."

Q: When attempting to import through the web interface, I get the following message:

A: This message indicates that the user may not have full permission to save a file to the temporary upload folder that TRAIN TRACK uses to upload files. Please check your C:\Windows\Temp folder and make sure you have full permissions for the folder (Right-click on the folder and select "Properties", then verify the permissions for your user). If this does not resolve the issue, or you cannot change the permissions, please contact us for assistance.
