Q: I am trying to import an Excel spreadsheet but I am getting the error: 

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

A: The import function uses an Excel ODBC Driver. It sounds like the driver may not be installed on your system. Here are the instructions on how to install it. If you are still having this issue, please contact us and we will be happy to help you resolve it:

1. Download the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable
   https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=54920

2. Select the AccessDatabaseEngine.exe 

3. Run the executable
4. Click Yes when prompted by User Account Control
5. Click Next when the Microsoft Access database engine 2010 (English) Setup begins
6. Check the box to accept the License Agreement and click Next
7. Confirm the install directory (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\) and click Install. Please make sure to install on the web server.
8. Click OK to complete the setup
