" Require an employee to re-take a training
Q: Forklift operator training is required every 3 years, but if an employee has an incident, they need to re-take the training. How do I set this up?
A: Locate the completion record for that employee, and edit the expiration date. The training will show as expired and will need to be completed again.
In the Desktop interface, edit by double-clicking the field from the training detail completed section.
