Subscription Ending on Wrong Date

Q:  I see a message that my subscription will end on March 12th, but is should be good until next December.

A: If you are outside the U.S., the date format for your subscription expiration may be being read incorrectly. Instead of December 3rd, it is reading it as March 12th. Please contact us and we will supply you with a new registration code to avoid this error.
