How Can I Get Help?
In addition to these help files, we offer a variety of ways you can get help using TRAIN TRACK®:
Free support is included for the first year with your license purchase, and is available as long as your support contract or subscription is current.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base allows users to search for answers to previously asked questions. It is available through the support portal, https://libertylabs.com/HESK/ or from the ribbon, help tab, Search Knowledge Base. Type in your search criteria and hit Enter.
Support Ticket System
The support ticket system is available for users to submit tickets for support. You may open the support ticket system from the ribbon, help tab, by clicking Support Tickets, or by going to https://libertylabs.com/HESK/index.php?a=add.

Online Training
To get the most out of TRAIN TRACK, we recommend scheduling an online training session tailored to your needs. This training is led by one of our expert trainers and offers hands-on learning, which allows you to retain more information and get comfortable with TRAIN TRACK faster. Free Online Classes
Attend a group session shared with other clients. 60-minute sessions are held monthly. We offer one class for the Web interface, and a separate class for the Desktop interface.

2. Enter your name and email address. Select your organization and edition (if you know them).
3. Click "Add".
4. Type in your email address in BOTH the user name and password fields and click "Login".

6. Type in a new password in BOTH fields and click "Submit".
