I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

If you are an Exam Level user attempting to login to TRAIN TRACK to complete an exam or review your training requirements and you have forgotten your password, please click on the forgot password link. You will be emailed a link to reset your password.

If the forgot password generates an error then you will need to either contact your local TRAIN TRACK administrator or contact Liberty Labs, LLC (if your website is hosted on our servers). In either case, resolving the error will involve (1) ensuring that the employee attempting to login has an email address associated with their account and (2) that the appropriate mail server settings have been entered under Report Menu > Automatic Email.
