Can't See Employees

Q: One user can't see the employee records but other users can.

A: If one user can't see the employee records, go to the "Edit User" screen and check the user record. For the client interface, make sure "All" is selected under record group. For the client or web interface, make sure the correct location is selected, or "All" locations. If the location field is blank, the user may not be able to see employees. If you cannot edit the location field, or if this does not resolve your issue, try deleting the user record and adding a new one.
