How Can I Get Help?

In addition to these help files, we offer a variety of ways you can get help using TRAIN TRACK®:

Free support is included for the first year with your license purchase, and is available as long as your support contract or subscription is current.


Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base allows users to search for answers to previously asked questions. It is available through the support portal, https://www.libertylabs.com/readydesk/customer/externalkb.aspx or from the ribbon, help tab, Search Support Articles. After you log in, just click View More Articles to go to the search page. Type in a Keyword, select a Category, and click Search. You will get a greater number of matching results by entering a single keyword instead of a phrase.

 


Support Ticket System

The support itcket system is available for users to submit tickets for support. You may open the support ticket system from the ribbon, help tab, by clicking Support Tickets, or by going to https://www.libertylabs.com/readydesk/customer/rdlogin.aspx. You will need to log in, or register as a user, to create a support ticket.

 


Video Tutorials

Our new video tutorials are coming soon! They will cover common situations and demonstrate in a brief video how to accomplish a specific task.

 


Online Training

You may schedule a live training session with one of our technicians. Training is delivered live over the internet, and the topics can be tailored to meet your needs. Contact us for details or click here to purchase now.

 


Registration Code

To enter your registration code into the program, from the ribbon, help tab, click Enter Registration Code. A box will open. Enter your code into the spaces provided. You will need to tab between the different fields.

 


About

To view the "About" screen in your program, from the ribbon, help tab, click About TRAIN TRACK. A box will open that includes your version and build number.
