How do I Require Training by Employee?

You may assign required training to an individual employee. We recommend assigning training by department or job title when possible, but when training is specific for individuals, you may assign them by name.

To require training for an individual employee, follow these steps

1. From any screen, click Training List from the navigation pane on the left.
2. The Training List screen will open. Click the Training Title you wish to add a requirement for.
3. The Training Detail screen will open. Select to show Requirements > Required By > Individual.
4. On a blank line, select the Employee.
