Permission Denied Error after entering database user password

Q: I installed the client interface, ODBC connection is successful but after opening the client and entering the database user password, I get error "Permission Denied".

A: Please make sure that the Read-Only box is not checked off under file and folder properties and that you extracted the Client file from the zip file. Please follow the instructions below to confirm.

1. Make sure the file has been extracted from the zip file.

2. Right-click on the FILE and select "Properties". In the properties box, make sure the "read-only" box is un-checked. Go to the "Security" tab and make sure the user is assigned "Full Control".
