Revision 10 in Desktop Edition is expired when I add it
Q: When I add revision 10, it is already expired.
A: This is a known issue in the Desktop edition as it is seen as lower than revision 2. Please contact us for an update (where revisions are sorted by date rather than alphanumerically), or as a work-around, please follow these steps:
- Open the training record.
- From the ribbon, select “Add New Revision”.
- Add a revision (for example, revision X).
- From the Training Detail screen, at the blue bar, select to view “Revisions”.
- Locate revision 10 and click “Edit”.
- Delete the expiration date and click “Make this the Current Revision”.
- Optional: Locate revision X and click “Edit” then “Delete this revision”.
This will allow revision 10 to be the current revision and not expired. The function will work as usual for revision 11. You may need to repeat this process for revision 20. Alternatively, you can name your revisions “01”, “02”, etc.
