Q:  I am trying to open the Client/Desktop interface but I am getting the error: Microsoft has blocked macros from running because the source of this file is untrusted.

A: Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue

1. Open Microsoft Access

2. Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings

3. Click on the Trusted Locations 

4. Click on Add New Location

5. Click Browse and locate the folder TRAIN TRACK is installed in. 

6. Check the "Subfolders of this location are also trusted" box

7. Click OK, close Access and reopen TRAIN TRACK.

If you get an error that you do not have permission to add the selected path to your Trusted Locations, try entering the server name or IP address before the name of the drive (\\ServerName\Drive:\FolderName/FolderName)
