Q: We already have a file linked to the training record. When I try to change it, it just opens the existing file.

A: Try right-clicking on the link and selecting "Edit Hyperlink". In the edit box, there are two fields--one for the text to show, and one for the actual link. Make sure the one with the actual link is updated (not just the text to show).

To replace the link in the Web interface, please follow these steps:

1. Copy the hyperlink you wish to use.
2. Open the Training Detail screen to the correct training record.
3. Right-click on the "upload" field and choose "Select All".
4. Right-click on the "upload" field again and choose "Paste".

From the Desktop/Client interface, right-click on the link and select "Edit Hyperlink".
