I can't print any reports

Q: I can't print any reports from the Desktop interface.

A: Go to the Report Menu, and select the "Report Matrix". If this report opens, but no other report will open, then you may not have any data to display in the other reports. Try entering a test training, set it as required for a test employee, and mark it complete, then try the reports again.

If the Report Matrix report does not open, then there may be an issue with your printer settings. You need to have a printer set up in order to view reports even if you are not actually printing them because the computer needs to know how to format them. If you do not have a physical printer, you may install a .pdf printer instead.
