Q: We have two users for the Desktop edition. When one user enters data, the other user can't see the new data.

A: Make sure you are both opening the same database file. Right-click on the shortcut you use to open TRAIN TRACK and select Properties. Look at the target that the shortcut opens and compare it to the target for the other user's shortcut.

Search your computer for "TRAINTRACK" and make sure you only have one copy, and any backup copies are safely stored on a separate drive.
