Q: I entered a new record, then I saw hashtag deleted #deleted# and the record was gone.
A: You may have lost your connection to the database. First compact and repair your database, then refresh your tables using the linked table manager
Less frequently, this can happen if you inadvertently enter a record that you do not have permission to view. For example, if you are restricted to only viewing records from one location, and you add a record without specifying that location.
Note that you may also see #deleted# if you have deleted a record, but have not refreshed the screen it was on.
