Q: I'm trying to use the custom report filter from the Desktop interface to create a report showing training where an exam is not required. The criteria "Where 'Exam Required?' = 'No'" does not work.

A: Sorry, this can be a little confusing!

To get a report showing where Exam is not required, use:

Criteria: "Exam Required?" 

Operator: "Is False"

The same is true when using "Pass?" as criteria; you need to to select "is True" or "is False" as the operator. I hope this helps!
