Q: How do I send a backup copy of my SQL database?

A: To send us a backup copy of your database, you will need access to your SQL Management Studio. Please follow these steps:

Make a backup of your database

1. Open SQL Management Studio and locate your database in the navigation panel on the left.
2. Right-click on the name of your database, and in the pop-up box, select "Tasks > Backup".
3. In the pop-up window, select the destination and file name.
4. Click "OK".

Send as email attachment

1. Navigate to the .bak file you created above.
2. Right-click on the file and in the pop-up box select "Send to > compressed zip folder".
3. Attach the .zip file to an email and send to Support@LibertyLabs.com
