Q: I recently installed the ASPEmail component from ASPEmail.com but I am getting the following error when I try to send a test message from the Web interface:

ActiveX component can't create object

/WA_Universal_Email/ASPEmail_VB.asp, line 116

A: To resolve this error, you will need install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of ASPEmail on your server. You may download the version you don’t already have installed here: http://aspemail.com/download.html.
