Q: How do I know if I have the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Office?

A: To determine which configuration you have, please follow these steps:

1.         Open a Microsoft Office application such as Microsoft Word.

2.         Click on the “File” tab.

3.         From the bottom left of the screen, click on “Account”.

4.         Click on “About Word” (or the name of the application you opened).

5.         The first line at the top should indicate either 32- or 64-bit.
