Q: I have a class that meets on more than one day. How do I schedule this class in TRAIN TRACK?

A: In Web Edition version 12.5.5. or greater, you may enter the start date and end date for your multiple-day class. There is an additional field to add more information about the schedule. This information will be included in the email to the employee.

Prior to version 12.5.5: You will need to schedule each meeting of the class separately, and then advise your employees to enroll in each class for the series (or enroll them yourself). Scheduling them separately also allows you to mark attendance separately for each meeting
